Set Up:                        8:15am-8:50am

Coaches

Check In:                   845am -- 9:10am

Chochi

Warm Up:                   9:05am-9:20am

Ken and Jake

Skills Drills:                9:25am -- 9:45am  This is the 'Skill of the Day' we build our drills around...

Passing -- standing at one gate for one and two touch passing variations.  Passing through gate one touch.  One player passes throught the gate the other passes around the gate.  Competitions: everyone moves and passes through random gates for two minutes.

Water Break:              9:45am- 9:55am Coaches create teams of 5 or 6 players

Team Skills Game:     9:50am-10:20am

Passing through gate with runs around cones/hurdles/etc. -- 2 minute games or specific # of accurate passes.  Teams must count out loud the number of accurate passes or they are disqualified.

Point system for competitions are 1st place = 1 point, 2nd = 2 point 3rd = 3 points…

Team with the least amount of points at the end of the week wins a prize!

Snack time:                 10:20am-10:35am

Coaching Staff adjust teams according to previous competitions so they are as close to equal as possible throughout the week.  Note: one player will be starting her first day on Tuesday.

Speed Training:          10:35am-11am

Lean-Fall-Runs (LFR) "Gravity Runs" -- Teach technique and two start variations and then get back into teams and compete on LFR agility course.

Water Break:              11am-11:05am   Coaches re-evaluate teams to make them fair and competitive.

Age Group Games:     11:05am-11:30am

Break up teams into 3 different age groups and play 4 goal games with passing option to score goals, i.e. 4 passes also = one goal.  I call this "skill theme games" passing is the skill topic of the day so we add in extra points for executing this skill during competition.

Water Break:              11:30am-11:35am

Team Games:             11:35am-11:55am

Same as Age Group Games but with your teams

Wrap Up:                    11:55am-12noon

Kids and coaches pack up, Chochi speaks with parents and helps organize carpools if needed.
