Here is one of my Intermediate Training Set Ups. I use this at all my sessions and camps.



Two Footed 'Eagle-Jumps' - in foot in each square - zig-zag - Forward with a Wide Stance. Great drill for all positions.


Two-footed-jumps - skip a square - Forward.


Two-footed-jumps in a zig-zag pattern - Lateral.


Two-footed-jumps - Doubles - Forward.


Two steps in, two steps out - Lateral.
